5. It Decreases Heart Disease Risk
Heart disease is one of the most common chronic killers that we know of, and if you are at risk of heart disease at all or you have a family history of what most people would call a “bad heart” then you should start taking much better care of your heart early on in life.
Papaya is a great way to improve your heart health – and there are many studies out there that show regular papaya consumption can be really good for your heart. Just a few times per week of eating papaya (or drinking juice containing it) can decrease your overall heart disease risk – especially when you combine it with other methods for keeping your heart in good health, such as cutting fat and unhealthy oils out of your diet almost completely and making sure that you get as much exercise as you can handle as often as possible.
