3. Great for Hydration
Experts have recommended for years that you drink at least six to eight glasses of water per day if you want to keep your body hydrated, but it’s accepted that it might be a little less or more than this number depending on several different factors including your height, weight and builds.
And of course, there’s nothing that says that you have to stick to water in order to get to the daily levels you need to keep your cells hydrated. You can drink just as much cranberry juice for the same benefit, and you can combine it with other forms of fruit juice if your daily health routine involves several.
If that’s not your thing, you can substitute cranberry juice for several ingredients (including water and milk) when you’re preparing a smoothie or shake – and if you want something completely different, freeze the juice and use it as ice cubes.
