4. 5 Ingredient Baked Salmon
This recipe has just five ingredients and is super easy to make.
What you need:
Salmon Fillet
½ cup melted butter
4 tbsp lemon juice
8 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp dill
To make:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with some aluminum foil. Spray the foil with some nonstick cooking spray. Place the salmon on top of the foil. In a large measuring cup, combine the lemon juice, the melted butter, the dill, and the garlic. Whisk all of these ingredients together. Pour this butter mixture directly over the salmon. Pull the aluminum foil up and over the salmon.
Pinch the aluminum foil together. Cover the salmon completely with the foil. Make sure that the butter mixture is in the foil packet. Bake the salmon in the oven for about fifteen to twenty minutes. The salmon is completely cooked when it will easily flake with a fork.
