5. Another Easy Brown Loaf
Here we have yet another very simple brown loaf recipe. You’re going to be using effectively the same process as before – mixing together the dry ingredients, then adding the wet and kneading. This time though, you’re going to be using 500g of malted grain brown bread flour (whole wheat) which tastes really nice and malty, along with a 7g sachet of easy-bake dried yeast, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of butter, and some more mixed seeds.
The result is a bread that is homely, satisfyingly crunchy, and very healthy for you!
