4. Ravioli Nachos
Try this South of the Border variation on traditional ravioli. Kids love this Mexican ravioli treat.
1 package frozen cheese ravioli
1 package frozen meat ravioli
3 eggs beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Oil for frying
½ cup Alfredo sauce
½ cup spaghetti sauce
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
4 green onions sliced
4 ounces black olives
Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package. Beat eggs in a small bowl and put aside. Put breadcrumbs in another bowl with garlic salt and pepper flakes. Heat up oil to 375. Coat individual ravioli with egg and then bread crumbs. Fry in oil. Put raviolis in a baking dish after draining on a paper towel. Cover with both kinds of sauces and cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted. Top with olives and onions.
