3. Ravioli Caesar Salad
Everyone has tried pasta salad, but this ravioli Caesar salad is a cut above the typical pasta spiral salad. Ravioli can be eaten cold as well as hot, and can be a welcome addition to a classic Caesar salad. You can use prepared Caesar salad dressing or make your own with mayonnaise, milk and parmesan cheese. Coarsely ground black pepper is the best way to season this recipe.
1 10-ounce package of cheese ravioli
1 cup green beans, fresh or frozen
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ teaspoon ground pepper
⅓ cup Caesar Salad dressing
4 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
Cook the ravioli in a pot according to the directions. Add the green beans in the last three minutes of cooking. Drain the pasta and the green beans and combine with the tomatoes and pepper. Toss the combination with the dressing and parmesan cheese.
