3. Try Almond Flour
Almond flour is another excellent alternative that brings a certain taste to your bread and is even more nutritious.
Almonds are amazing ingredients in general. Not only are they brilliant when enjoyed as a snack, but they are also highly versatile – being great replacements for milk and flour. As a milk substitute, almond has a number of useful properties but they don’t offer the same nutrition as cow’s milk. Therefore, the best brands actually have to fortify the milk to add those things back in.
But flour is a different story. This is normally almost entirely empty of nutrients, meaning that if you add the almonds in, then you only stand to gain. That means gaining fatty acids, protein, fiber, and more. And seeing as it tastes delicious… why not go for it?
