So, in that case, why not try replacing your eggs? There are plenty of ways you can get the same consistency – such as with the amazing chia seeds.
You can replace butter or oil with coconut oil (melted), and you can replace milk with almond milk. Play around and see what you can make. You might surprise yourself and it’s extremely satisfying!
