5. Assemble
Next you will begin the assembly. Grease a 25cm bundt pan with butter and then melt the remaining butter in a pan on a warm heat that won’t burn the butter.
Meanwhile, you will take a medium bowl and mix together the remaining dry ingredients – the spices such as the ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Spoon two tablespoons of butter (melted) along with 3 tablespoons of the mixed spices, and four tablespoons of the pecans which are going to provide the satisfying crunch for your monkey bread.
