4. Baked Potatoes With Brussel Sprouts and Bacon
Bakes potatoes are a classic side dish that is served with many dishes. If you want to make them a little more interesting and flavorful, just add Brussel sprouts and bacon. This recipe is delicious and is the kind of comfort food you crave.
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Bacon
- Sage leaves
- Golden raisins
- Brussel sprouts
- Sour cream
- Salt
Directions
- Turn the oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash the potatoes and allow them to dry. Use a fork to make holes in them.
- Bake the potatoes until soft with a crispy skin.
- Fry the bacon until it’s crispy and then drain it on a paper towel. I the same pan, add the Brussel sprouts, seasoning, and golden raisins. Cook until just warm.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and slice them on top.
- Add the Brussel sprouts mixture to the top of each potato.
- Crumble the bacon and add it to the top of the potatoes.
- Add sour cream and salt and pepper to each potato before serving.
