4. Nutella No-Bake Cookies
Are you a Nutella nut-case? If you’re like us, then you can’t get enough of this hazelnut-chocolate spread. We put Nutella on everything, from toast to marshmallows, heck – we admit it, sometimes we even eat it out of the jar with a spoon! This recipe for no-bake Nutella cookies is a must for every fan of this creamy chocolate spread, give them a try and see for yourself!
INGREDIENTS
1-cup Nutella.
2-cups rolled oats.
2-cups shredded coconut.
8-tablespoons shredded organic coconut.
2-cups confectioners’ sugar.
½-cup raw whole milk.
1-tablespoon vanilla extract.
¼-cup natural cocoa powder.
METHOD
Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the milk, butter, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa. Stir until evenly mixed. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the Nutella until creamy and smooth. Add the oats and the coconut, keep stirring until combined.
Place large spoonful’s on a baking tray lined with wax paper and set in the fridge for 30-minutes. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, but let’s get serious, you know they won’t last till the end of the first day.
