3. Granola Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
This recipe is to die for, really – we’re not joking. Packed with peanut M&M’s, chocolate chips, and organic crunchy peanut butter, they’re a taste sensation that drives any sweet-tooth crazy. Treat your kids to this culinary creations, or serve them as a dessert snack with some ice-cream after a dinner party.
INGREDIENTS
1/3-cup Peanut M&M’s.
1-1/4-cups rolled oats.
¼-cup raw honey.
½-cup organic crunchy natural peanut butter.
1/3-cup dark chocolate chips.
METHOD
Toss all the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until everything combines and becomes a sticky mess. Make sure that the oats are well-coated with honey and sticky to ensure all ingredients glue together.
Put on some plastic confectionary gloves, or lace your palms with a few drops of olive oil. Roll the mixture into ping-pong-sized balls. Place the rolled bites onto a baking tray lined with wax paper and leave in the fridge for 30-minutes to set. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container and use within 5-days.
