5. Peanut Butter Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz. peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 gelatin sheets (silver)
Calling all peanut butter lovers! This peanut butter panna cotta is an incredibly decadent twist to the traditional Italian dessert. Everything tastes better with a little peanut butter right? Bring the cream, vanilla bean, peanut butter, and sugar in a medium saucepan to a boil. Sprinkle gelatin over the ice water until gelatin is softened. Remove the mixture from the heat and add in the gelatin. Once it is cooled a bit, pour the mixtures into 4 separate containers. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours until chill. I suggest serving with caramelized bananas and chocolate drizzle for extra sweetness!
