5. Antipasto Stuffed Chicken
Antipasto is a tasty treat to take to potlucks, Sunday dinners, and even picnics. If you are looking for a way to get those same flavors into a dish that is heartier and satisfying, this is the one.
Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- dried oregano
- Garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Deli ham
- Pepperoni
- Sliced provolone
- Drained and sliced pepperoncini
- Chopped assorted olives
- Grated Parmesan
- Freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- On a cutting board, cut the chicken breast so you can flip it open.
- Drizzle olive oil on the chicken and then season it with the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Stuff the chicken breast with the pepperoni, ham, provolone, pepperoncini, and olives.
- Sprinkle the chicken with parmesan.
- Bake the chicken until it is completely cooked. It should take about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Garnish with the parsley before serving.
