3. Use the Right Equipment
The right equipment is important for making the best crispy potatoes possible. Another option is a roasting pan. Roasting pans are large and will hold plenty of potatoes. They also allow you to space them out evenly, so they don’t touch as you cook them. This allows them to get crisp on all sides and cook faster. The third option is a cast-iron skillet. This is a great option if you are making fried potatoes slices or fries. Cast iron skillets get very hot, and the surface allows the potatoes to get perfectly crisp.
