5. Pork Pot Roast
Pulled pork is one of the best roasts in general and can be fantastic in a burger or a bun. But why not make it in a pot or slow cooker and make life easier for yourself? You can then either eat it with a side of vegetables, or you can place it in a bun in order to make some delicious pulled pork baps.
For this one, you are going to take some pork shoulder and then fry it with some teaspoon and vegetable oil, along with a chopped large onion, some garlic, and some dried thyme. Once that is a little browned, add into the pot a little water, a larger amount of barbeque sauce, and some apple cider vinegar. Add your stock, a pinch of chili powder, and some Worcestershire sauce. Finally, add in some sugar.
The result will be sweet, sticky pork, which will be perfect for eating in a wide variety of ways. Of course, if you want to turn this into an all-in-one meal, then you can simply add in some potatoes or similar and have the sauce cook them.
