INGREDIENTS
3-cups whole-wheat flour.
4-large free-range eggs.
3-cups raw full-cream milk.
1-teaspoon brown sugar.
1-tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
2-cups blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry mix.
2-teaspoons baking powder.
½-teaspoon baking soda.
1-teaspoon crushed Himalayan pink salt.
Olive oil spray.
1-teaspoon vanilla extract.
1-cup of Greek yogurt.
Raw honey for serving.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 175F, Turn on the Belgian waffle iron. Toss berries into a mixing bowl with the sugar, mash with a spoon. Take another large mixing bowl and whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. Sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and oil.
Ladle waffle mixture into the press and cook till golden brown, transferring cooked waffles to oven to keep warm. Serve topped with Greek yogurt and macerated berries, topped with raw honey.
