5. Sausage Tortellini
1 10 ounce package of tortellini
3 chicken sausages
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 teaspoon of minced fresh garlic
½ a cup cut tomatoes
18 to 20 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of pesto
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Follow the directions on the tortellini package on how long to cook the pasta, but cook it 2 minutes less than the time written. Drain off the water and stir in the pesto, combining it with the tortellini. Cook the sausages in the oil until brown. Add the sausages to the tortellini and combine the rest of the ingredients, leaving a little of both kinds of cheese to sprinkle on the top when it is finished. Put some more olive oil in the baking dish and put the mixture in. Top with cheese and back for 25 to 30 minutes until brown on the top.
