4. Place three chicken breast halves into the Dutch oven and stir the mixture.
If chicken breasts are unavailable, use any chicken. Just cut the chicken up, take the skin off, and discard the bone. When using other chicken parts, just make sure it is about the same size as chicken breasts to make up the difference. Let everything cook for six to 10 minutes. This is so that the chicken gets a brown color to it on each side. It should take about three to five minutes for the chicken to brown on each side. Check the chicken often to make sure it doesn’t burn.
The onions and garlic shouldn’t stick to the Dutch oven either. It is probably best to not put the lid on it until it’s ready to cook. Just keep stirring until the chicken is ready. The chicken won’t be all the way done, so don’t worry.
