4. Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies
What you need:
- ¼ cup of coconut sugar
- 2 cups of almond flour
- ½ tsp of baking soda
- ½ tsp of powder
- ⅛ tsp of salt
- An egg
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- A drop or two of cherry vanilla stevia
- ¼ cup of chocolate chips
- ¼ cup of dried cherries
To make:
First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda. Set the bowl aside. In another bowl, mix the egg, stevia, and coconut oil. Mix the flour mixture into the dry mixture and stir until it is fully combined. Fold in the dried cherries and the chocolate chips. Scoop out balls of dough and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for about ten minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool before eating.
