4. Bread Peach Cobbler
Preheat your oven to a temperature of 345 degrees Fahrenheit then butter an 8-inch baking dish until it has a thin coating throughout the entire surface. Cut the crust out of some breed slices, then cut the bread into four to five strips.
Place your fruit in the buttered baking dish and then cover it up with the bread strips. Mix some flour, sugar, and butter then beat them thoroughly until you feel they’ve blended well, then proceed to add in some eggs.
Once the eggs have been mixed in well, pour the mix over the bread-covered peaches. Place your dish inside the preheated oven and leave it for half an hour until it takes on a golden brown hue.
If it doesn’t take a golden brown hue after half an hour, let bake for an additional 15 minutes. If you don’t want the dish getting too sweet, you can reduce the sugar content and add in some cinnamon.
