4. One-pan balsamic chicken and veggies
There’s something so tantalizing about the taste of balsamic vinegar. This balsamic chicken dish is so delicious, you won’t believe it’s healthy. The ingredients include balsamic vinegar, honey, packed light brown sugar, olive oil, cornstarch, pepper, salt, skinless chicken breast, broccoli florets, sugar snap snow peas, water (if needed).
To make the dish, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Add olive oil to a skillet and heat on medium, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until it’s almost cooked through. Pour the sauce over the chicken and make sure it’s well-coated. Add the veggies to the pan. If you need to, add in a few tablespoons of water; it will help the veggies steam. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
