4. Tuscan-style pork medallions
This pork recipe is bursting with so much flavor that your family will swear it was prepared by an acclaimed Italian chef. Start by melting the butter in a large skillet.
Sprinkle the sliced pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and cook in the butter until it’s no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the prosciutto until it’s browned. Add in the garlic and sage and cook for about a minute, then add in the vinegar. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a boil.
