4. Quinoa Caesar Salad
We’ve already seen how you can take your typical Greek salad and turn it into something a little bit different by adding quinoa. To continue the theme of mixing up salad classics, we’re going to see how you can make a Caesar salad by using quinoa instead of the usual salad leaves.
Simply take you’re your chicken, your chopped red pepper, chopped cucumber, and chopped cherry tomatoes. Now add on top of that, some croutons if you want, and maybe some cheddar cheese flakes. Finally, you’re going to add the Caesar dressing. To make this one, you’ll take some olive oil, a little bit of vinegar, and some lemon. It’ very easy to make and the result is a really tangy and filling salad that is also actually rather healthy!
