15. Yummy Cauliflower Pizza Crust
What you need:
3 cups of cauliflower rice
An egg
¼ tsp each of oregano, salt, and garlic powder
2 tbsp shredded parmesan
3 ounces of goat cheese
Pizza toppings of your choice
To make:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Make cauliflower rice with a head of cauliflower or use pre riced cauliflower. Lay the cauliflower rice out onto a rimmed baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes, toss often. Once tender and brown, remove and transfer to a towel to remove the liquid. Place into a mixing bowl and add in the egg and seasonings. Mix in the cheeses. Mix until combined. On a clean piece of parchment paper, form the mix into a rectangle. Roll it out evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add toppings of your choice. Bake until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked through.
