5. Hawaiian Tuna Salad
Let’s get tropical with this recipe for Hawaiian tuna salad. Made with canned tuna, it’s easy to prep this meal in a few minutes.
INGREDIENTS
3-½-cups macaroni.
1-can Albacore tuna – drained.
2-cups full-fat mayonnaise.
½-cup whole raw milk.
2-tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar.
5-boiled eggs.
¼-cup celery stalks – chopped.
½-cup grated carrots.
1-teaspoon parsley.
Crushed Himalayan pink salt and cracked black pepper.
A dash of soy sauce.
METHOD
Place a saucepan over high heat and add 4-cups of water. Bring to the boil, add the pasta and reduce the heat to simmer. Cook the pasta for 12-minutes until al dente. Take a large mixing bowl and add the apple cider vinegar, set aside.
Hard-boil 5-eggs, peel, chop and set aside. When the pasta finishes cooking, drain and return to the saucepan. Add all of the other ingredients, including the ACV, and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and serve warm with soy sauce on the side.
