5. Room Temperature is Best
When it comes to cooking pork tenderloin, one of the mistakes that a lot of cooks make is that they will remove the tenderloin from the fridge and cook it right away. In order to get the best cook on a tenderloin, you will want to get it out about 30 minutes or so before you plan to cook it. Pork tenderloin should be room temperature when you begin cooking it.
The reason for this is because the meat that is at room temperature is going to cook more evenly on each side. When you go to cook the pork tenderloin you will want to feel it first and make sure that it is not still chilled. This simple step of allowing the meat to warm up to room temperature is going to add so much flavor to your meat. It is really quite amazing that something so small can be so beneficial, but it is the case.
