3. Bacon and Cheese Quiche
If you are avoiding including meat in your recipes or diet, there are a thousand different things that you can do that don’t have to include meat – including many of the recipes in this article. But if you are someone who likes to include meat in their diet every once in a while (or you’re just plainly someone who can’t live without bacon in their kitchen), you can make a great bacon and cheese quiche, too.
Again, start with the basic recipe that involves whisking together eggs, milk and spices to create a base that’s eventually poured into your baking dish over a crust; but instead of adding ham, you can change up the ham to bacon – with any kind of meat that you like.
The cheese isn’t always necessary, but it does give a quiche that wonderfully creamy taste – and it’s great for creating the crisp on top that makes the quiche great.
