4. Pancakes
Another great recipe that has many versions around the world, but here we will stick to the basics. Remember that, just as with tacos, you have a quite standard recipe for the dough, and then you can add any stuffing that you desire. Pancakes are sweeter than tacos and are often used as a dessert or a snack more than as a main course, so they are a great compliment. You can change the proportion of each ingredient in the dough to achieve different textures.
You start by stirring some raw eggs. On a bowl, integrate flour and milk until you reach a desired consistency, and then add the eggs. Once the preparation is homogenous, you can add flavor: lemon or orange grating work wonders, and you can add some vanilla essence as well. Cook on a frying pan until it is sealed on both sides. Add some stuffing and roll it; you can have jelly, marmalade, peanut butter or more exotic ingredients such as the celebrated dulce de leche.
