6. Honey sriracha chicken
This chicken is cooked to taste perfection with a honey sriracha marinade. It’s also super quick and easy to prepare – and healthy, too! The ingredients include chicken thighs, minced garlic, honey, sriracha chili sauce, soy sauce (if you prefer, you can use tamari sauce, sesame seeds, olive oil, rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar, and salt. Preparation is super easy: whisk together the honey and the sriracha sauce together.
Add in the minced garlic and stir well. Pour the sauce over the chicken allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes. Heat a skillet (cast iron is the best choice) on medium heat. Pour the oil into the skillet and add in the chicken. Cook the chicken on both sides until it is cooked all the way through. Pour the rest of the marinade into the skillet, allow it to thicken, and top with sesame seeds.
