4. Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup Balls

INGREDIENTS
1-cup peanut butter – warmed.
1-cup instant oats.
¼-cup raw honey or organic maple syrup.
¼-cup ground flaxseed.
5-tablespoons water.
2-tablespoons milk chocolate chips.
¼-tsp Himalayan pink salt.
METHOD
Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and add all of the ingredients – leaving the chocolate chips aside. Stir together using a wooden spoon until you achieve a batter with a firm consistency. Transfer the bowl to the fridge and let it chill for 4-hours to set up.
Scoop out the batter onto a work surface and roll it into ping-pong-sized balls using your palms.
Transfer the bites to a baking tray lined with wax paper and return to the fridge for 4-hours to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-days.
