3. Easy Macaroni Salad
What you need:
A cup of mayo
¼ of a cup of white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp of yellow mustard
Tsp of salt
½ tsp pepper
A stalk of celery, chopped
2 tbsp of sweet relish
2 tbsp of pimento peppers, chopped
A pound of macaroni noodles, cooked, drained, and cooled
To make:
Mix the mayo, white vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, celery, relish, and pimento peppers together in a large bowl. Stir well. Cook the macaroni noodles according to the directions on the package. Once the noodles have been cooked, drain them and run them under cold water until cooled.
Make sure to drain as much water off of the noodles as possible. Pour the mayo mixture over the noodles and stir until combined. Chill in the fridge for several hours and then serve. It is best to let this macaroni salad chill overnight before serving.
