4. Taco
To make a dish of taco deviled eggs, start by cooking the eggs as you normally would. After hard-boiling them, all you have to do is cut the eggs in half — after taking the shell off of course — then remove the yokes using a clean spoon. Place the yokes in a bowl and mix it together with the taco sauce. You could use a premade sauce or make your own concoction to mix together with the yokes. It depends on how much time you have. Beans, green onions, and some jalapeno bits are good things to add to the mix. You might also wanna use cayenne sauce if you don’t have enough time to buy a taco mix or make your own.
One of my favorite things to do with this dish is to serve it with a tortilla chip on the top of the deviled egg. That gives it an authentic presentation along with a familiar taste.
