INGREDIENTS
¾-cup shredded turkey leftovers.
¾-cup leftover stuffing
1-tablespoon grass-fed butter – melted.
¾-cups leftover mashed potatoes.
1-tube crescent rolls, thawed.
1-cup leftover cranberry sauce.
¼-cup leftover gravy, for dipping.
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. On a floured worktop, roll out the crescent rolls and dust with flour.
Top the rolls with turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberries, and the stuffing. Close up each of the rolls and seal with a few drops of water. Brush each roll with melted grass-fed butter before placing it in the oven to bake. Let the rolls bake for 12 to 15-minutes until the surface turns golden brown. Serve with reheated gravy for dunking.
