What you need:
One pound boneless pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
Tablespoon olive oil
Two cloves of minced garlic
⅔ cup of orange juice
¼ cup of soy sauce
1 and ½ tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tsp of water
1 tsp of cornstarch
To make:
Season each side of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on each side, about three or four minutes. Remove the chops from the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and saute the garlic. Pour in the soy sauce, orange juice, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
In a small bowl mix the cornstarch and water. Pour into the juice mixture. Simmer for two or three minutes, or until the sauce begins to thicken. Return the pork chops to the pan and cook until heated through.
