4 Know Your Grains
We mentioned that you could eat the grains raw once sprouted… and actually that’s something that anyone interested in making the best Ezekial bread should do!
Why? Because by tasting the grains yourself, you’ll have a much better idea of what’s going into your bake and how it might affect the overall taste of what you’re going to be eating. This is important because it means you can then make smarter choices about other ingredients, or better predict what your eventual bread is going to turn out like.
While you’re at it, try out some of the other grains that can be used here. Good options include wheat berries, aramanth, barley, buckwheat, corn, farro, millet, quinoa, rice, rye, berries, sorghum, spelt, and more!
