4. Praline Turtle Cake

CAKE INGREDIENTS
1/-1/2-cups cake flour.
½-cup almond flour.
2-large free-range eggs.
1-can condensed milk.
½-cup grass-fed butter.
1-cup brown sugar.
1-cup chopped pecan nuts.
¾-cup dark cocoa powder.
2-cups brown sugar.
1-1/2-teaspoons baking soda.
1-1/2-teaspoons baking soda.
1-teaspoon pink Himalayan salt.
1-cup sour cream.
1-cup light olive oil.
1-teaspoon vanilla extract.
1-teaspoon white vinegar.
½-cup chocolate chips.
½-cups fudge sauce topping.
CAKE METHOD
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease 2-round cake tins with grass-fed butter and line with wax paper. Heat the grass-fed butter with brown sugar and condensed milk in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves. Divide the mixture between cake tins. Sprinkle the pecans evenly between the 2-cake tins and let cool.
Take a medium mixing bowl and combine cocoa, flours, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the sour cream and eggs, vanilla, and vinegar al0omg with 1-cup of hot water. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into the cake tins over the sugar mixture and bake in the oven for 30 to 35-minutes.
Remove the cakes from the tins and spread the fudge topping over the sugar mixture side of the cake. Place the second cake layer, sugar-side down, and top with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and frost with chocolate icing.
