5. Cooking the Vegetables
The next step to the perfect chicken stir fry is cooking the vegetables. After you have cooked the chicken you will want to add another half of a tablespoon to the wok. Heat through and then add in the vegetables for your stir fry. Start with some sliced onions, peppers, and carrots. Cook the vegetables for about two minutes or so. Add in some broccoli florets, corn, and the snap peas.
When cooking the vegetables you need to make sure that you always keep the vegetables moving during this cooking process. Make sure that you use a wooden spoon to stir the vegetables as a metal spoon will scratch the wok. Cook the vegetables until they are all heated through and tender. Stirring the vegetables will help them to cook evenly and ensure that they all get cooked through so that you will end up with the perfect chicken stir fry.
