4. Super Healthy Coleslaw
Coleslaw is a very healthy recipe, to begin with, but there are ways we can up the healthiness significantly.
One of the first useful things you can do for instance is to add more vegetables, and that’s precisely what we’re going to do in this version. Start with the shredded cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot. Now add equally thin amounts of raw onion, celery, swede, radish, cucumber, and lettuce. You can add more besides, but this combo will pack in more than enough nutrients while being very refreshing.
You want to keep the dressing for this one very minimal, we recommend using just a little bit of vinegar, oil, and lemon juice in order to make it.
