6. Lobster Burger #2
There’s more than one way to make a lobster burger, and using the basic recipe for crumbed lobster isn’t the only way in which you can do it – of course, there’s nothing that says you can’t simply fry your lobster meat in some oil: Choose something like olive oil or real butter if you’d like a more heart-conscious option that’s actually good for your health.
How do you know that your lobster is ready when it comes to frying? The easiest way is to note when the meat stops emitting fluid from the top – much like the blood that comes out of steak when you squeeze it and it still happens to be rare.
Once you’ve fried your lobster, served on crispy bread on a bed of, well, whatever you like: Salad, onions, dressing and a sprinkling of lemon juice over the top make for a great basic lobster burger, too.
