5. Pumpkin Cheesecake
What you need:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
½ cup of sugar
½ cup honey graham cracker spread
4 eight oz packages of softened cream cheese
2 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ¾ cup canned pumpkin
4 eggs
⅓ cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
1 ½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice
To make:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine the sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix in the honey graham cracker spread. Mix until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes and then let cool.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, sour cream, vanilla, eggs, flour, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour the batter into the crust mixture. Bake or an hour. Let it cool and then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
