In this case, the most basic cornmeal recipe happens to be extremely simple:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1tbsp baking powder
- 2 beaten eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
Now you’re just going to take the dry ingredients and mix, then add in the wet ones. Stir until you have a batter (you’re starting to get it!) and then bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
