4. No-Bake Lasagne
If you want to make a lasagne without baking it then good news – you actually can! You will lose a little bit of the texture, and the crispiness in particular of course, but you can still enjoy the same nutrition and the same satisfying taste and comforting flavor.
To make this one, all you need to do is to boil the pasta sheets in order to cook them just as you would cook fusilli or another type of pasta. You will meanwhile make the vegetable mixture in just the same way with some tomato on top.
You’re then going to resume the process as before: layering your lasagne with the pasta sheets, the white sauce, and the cheese until you have built the entire thing. Use cheddar this time instead of parmesan and make sure to leave the pasta just a little al dente.
